Privacy Policy
We built Deqwa AI to help you ship a site fast — not to build a dossier on you. Here's exactly what happens to your data.
The short version
Deqwa AI collects the minimum data needed to run your account and build the sites you ask for. We don't sell your data. We don't share it with advertisers. You can export or delete anything at any time.
What we collect
When you sign up, we store your email, name (if provided), a hashed password, and any Google profile info you approve during OAuth. When you build a site, we store the prompts you write, the AI responses, and the JSON site your project produces. When visitors interact with your published site, we store their form submissions on your behalf so you can read them in your Inbox.
How we use it
We use your data to authenticate you, generate your sites, deliver form submissions to your inbox, send transactional emails (invites, notifications, receipts), enforce plan limits, and detect abuse. We never train third-party AI models on your prompts, files, or submissions.
Third parties
We use trusted infrastructure partners: MongoDB Atlas (database), Stripe and PayPal (payments), OpenAI/Anthropic/Google via Emergent's proxy (AI generation), Resend (transactional email), and Cloudflare (delivery). Each processes data only to provide their service.
Cookies
We use a single first-party cookie for authentication and localStorage for UI preferences (e.g., which tour steps you've completed). No third-party ad or analytics cookies.
Your rights
You can access, export, correct, or delete your data at any time from Settings, or by emailing privacy@deqwa-ai.com. We honor GDPR and CCPA requests within 30 days.
Data retention
We keep account and project data as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, we remove your projects, submissions, and personal data within 30 days (backups purge on a 90-day rolling window).
