Terms of Service
Short version: build cool stuff, don't build harmful stuff, own what you create, cancel any time.
Welcome to Deqwa AI
By creating an account or using Deqwa AI ("Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service. We may update these Terms; when we do, we'll give at least 30 days' notice by email or a prominent banner.
Your account
You need to be at least 13 to use Deqwa. Keep your credentials safe — you're responsible for activity under your account. If you sign up for a team member, that person must also agree to these Terms. You can delete your account at any time.
What you can build
Deqwa is for building your own websites, marketing pages, and light SaaS surfaces. You may not use Deqwa to build sites that host: illegal content, spam, phishing pages, malware, non-consensual intimate content, content that infringes on someone else's rights, or content that promotes real-world violence.
Content ownership
You own the content you create — prompts, copy, images, and the generated site JSON. You grant Deqwa a limited license to host, display, and process it to run the Service. When you publish a site, you're responsible for the content on it. We don't claim ownership of your work.
Paid plans, refunds
Paid plans renew monthly or annually. You can cancel at any time; you'll keep access through the end of the paid period. We offer a 14-day refund if you're not happy with a first-time purchase. Overage fees, if any, are always disclosed before you incur them.
Third-party AI
Deqwa uses third-party AI providers to generate copy and layouts. You are responsible for reviewing generated content before publishing — AI can hallucinate or produce content that needs edits. Don't publish claims (medical, legal, financial) without verifying them.
Service availability
We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may occasionally take Deqwa down for maintenance. We'll give notice when we can.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, if we're required to by law, or if you're abusing the Service. When possible, we'll notify you first and let you export your data.
Liability
Deqwa is provided "as is." To the maximum extent allowed by law, our total liability is capped at the fees you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflicts of law. Disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration in Wilmington, DE, unless prohibited by your local law.
